Sales Manager (m/f/d)

The Aradhya in Berlin was founded in 2021 by. Now we are looking for a new team member to support the groups and reservations area.

The Aradhya Restaurant in Berlin is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to support our sales team.

Your tasks:

  • Sales talks with corporate and private customers
  • Support of the entire sales process: lead generation, preparation of offers, presentation, negotiation and customer acquisition; 
  • Lead research: you identify and contact potential customers; 
  • You actively and purposefully acquire new customers. (cold / warm calls, on-site appointments and emails); 
  • Careful maintenance of your customer relationships in CRM; 
  • Supervision of larger events in the restaurant
  • Preparation and follow-up of in-house events and large group reservations

Your profile:

  • You have completed business administration training or completed hotel management training
  • You have sales experience and an informal way of dealing with customers. understanding of sales in the B2B / B2C environment;
  • You like to be in contact with customers and guests
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • You are communicative, committed and creative
  • You bring new ideas for the expansion of the sales area
