ARADHYA regularly organizes competitions on its own social media channels. The following conditions apply: 

• ARADHYA is the organizer of the competition ( Imprint ) 
• the duration is specified directly in the respective competition.
• the winners will be drawn at random.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Participation only possible with place of residence in Germany.
• if the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be drawn again. Exceptions are stated in the respective competition.
• the purchase of products and services does not affect the outcome of the competition.
• the prize cannot be paid out.
• We need your email address to participate. We only use this to contact you when you participate in this competition. Our privacy policy applies .
• If the prize has to be sent, ARADHYA also needs a postal address. If necessary for shipping, ARADHYA will also send this address to contractual partners (e.g. parcel service providers or similar).
• We are not liable for damage or loss in the mail, nor will there be a replacement shipment.
• ARADHYA reserves the right to exclude participants, for example in the case of multiple participation, abuse or violation of the rules.
• in the event of technical problems, there is no right to participate.
• ARADHYA reserves the right to amend the Conditions of Participation.
• The competition is subject to German law. The legal process is excluded.
